It’s a lot to learn, but once you graduate, you’ll feel like a seasoned restaurant operator even if this is your first food service experience.

From the moment, you sign the Franchise Agreement to the day you open and beyond we’ll help and guide you with site selection, lease negotiations, finding and hiring the right contractor, store design and construction as well the training on how to open, hire the right people and operate your Wing Zone.
Yes. We have a preferred vendor program to provide you with all the products that you will need to operate your restaurant. In addition, we will provide guidance with your opening inventory purchase.
Currently, we do not offer any direct financing, but we can recommend several third-party financing options for you. We also have arrangements with equipment leasing companies that offer options to individuals with great credit.
Yes! We understand that you may want the flexibility to open multiple locations and have complete control of your territory. You are provided a protected territory as part of your franchise agreement. We can discuss the process for protecting adjacent territories at the time of your franchise closing.
We recommend that you have a minimum of $150,000 in liquid assets and a net worth of $400,000. The initial franchisee fee is $17,500. Currently, there is a 2% marketing fee (but those dollars are spent in your local community) you will pay ongoing royalties of 5% for gross sales. We ask that you spend an addtional 4% of your annual budget in local advertising.
We will work directly with you and your local real estate professional to help select the best location available. In general, we are looking for significant community activity, including:

  • Nearby Mixed Medical Complexes and Offices
  • Office Population of at Least 50,000 Within a 3-Mile Radius
  • Near College Campus or Military Base
  • Close to Schools & Recreational Areas

Ideally, we would like to see you in a space that is approximately 1,200—1,500 square feet, with outdoor seating available. Visibility and signage is very important.

Your first location will generally open within 8 months of signing your agreement. That time may be reduced considerably if your location has already been identified.
Yes. We will assist you with all aspects of your opening and we will attend your grand opening. Our marketing program includes a soup to nuts approach. It begins the minute you sign your franchise agreement and continues through your ownership term. Our strategy includes both a social and local implementation which includes digital platforms.
We have an extensive social media policy coupled with best practices. Some storeowners are better equipped than others to monitor and manage their social media presence. We will discuss this at length during training and you will be all setup before you open your restaurant.
