The Ideal Wing Zone Location Will Meet Or Exceed:

Demographics – The Wing Zone concept requires a minimum population density of 40,000 residents within a three-mile radius of the store. A mixture of business and residential (apartments, multi-unit and single family) are preferred. Median age is mid to younger adults with middle income earning power.

Market Characteristics – A high growth market is preferred. Nearby national or regional retailers help to promote traffic. Examples include: Large “box” stores, Target, Lowe’s, Home Depot, major grocers, other restaurants, and bank branches.

Dine-in. Takeout. Delivery

  • Good visibility from a major thoroughfare. A minimum of 15,000 vehicles per day.
  • Typically 1200 – 1600 square feet
  • In-line Retail or Shopping Center
  • Ample Parking
  • Ease of access, in and out of location
