Welcoming a New VP of Operations
Recently, Wing Zone welcomed veteran franchise leader Myles Gift as our new Vice President of Operations. Before we were lucky enough to welcome him aboard, he worked various roles at brands like Kyle’s Kitchen, Five Guys, Slim Chickens, Captain D’s and Pizza Hut, in which he gained valuable insights from each franchisor’s perspective.
Once he moved to the Las Vegas area, he set out to put all the knowledge and skills he’d learned to use with an exciting and growing company.
“Joining the Wing Zone team couldn’t have come at a more opportune time, as this is truly the most exciting moment in the brand’s history,” he said.
“The path we’re on is one that will elevate our team, as well as Wing Zone locations nationwide, to a new level of service, market competition, and, above all else, customer experience.”
Expanding The Wing Zone Franchise Team
As Gift brings his operations expertise to the table, Wing Zone also added three new Franchise Business Coaches; Per Hoddelius, Richard Colantuono and Jason Byrd, as well as two new members to the Real Estate Management team; Laura Pacino and David Tunnicliffe. Finally, we welcomed Omar Caton as the Senior Director of Training and Quality Assurance.
These additions will complement the exciting innovations we’ve made to the Wing Zone franchise since we were acquired by Capriotti’s in 2021. From offering ghost kitchen opportunities for franchise partners to using the latest greatest technology, automation and marketing strategies, our chicken wing concept is on track for record expansion. As of this year, every new franchise partner has signed multi-unit deals and many of our existing partners are multi-unit owners.
